5. INSTALL TEMPORARY PYPASS PUMPING SYSTEM IN VICINITY OF CB-2 UNTIL
TEMPORARY CONNECTION IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SHEET Cl, 6. ON WEEKENDS, MOVE CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND MATERIALS TO
CONSTRUCTION NOTE 3. STORAGE/PARKING AREA ON EAST SIDE OF WALKER PROPERTY. RELOCATE
FENCING TO ALLOW FOR CAR DISPLAY ALONG FRONTAGE. RE-ESTABLISH
WORK AREA FENCING AT START OF WORK WEEK.
EOR ALL PHASES:
1. MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACCESS FROM/TO SOUTH 3RD STREET AT ALL TIMES.
2. PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGERS AS REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
CUSTOMER VEHICLE INGRESS AND EGRESS TO SOUTH 3RD STREET.
3. PROVIDE TEMPORARY BYPASS AND/OR PUMPING OF EXISTING STORM SYSTEM LEGEND
AROUND WORK AREA. BYPASS MUST BE CAPABLE OF HANDLING ALL STORM
