COFFERDAMS, PUMPS AND PIPING SHALL ONLY BE REMOVED AT COMPLETION OF IN -WATER WORK AND UPON ACCEPTANCE BY OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE. STREAM CROSS-SECTION SHALL BE RESTORED TO PRECONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS, MATCH EXISTING GRADES.
