SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Provide all labor, equipment, subcontracting, bonding, insurance for the complete work required for the extra
work as outlined below:

ITEM 013: Relocate Hazen Radio Repeater LS 1 $5,378.03 $5,378.03
Additional work necessary to relocate the radio repeater panel at the
Hazen Reservoir Site to improve safety for maintenance access per
Change Order Request SII -3a.
ITEM 014: East Renton Lift Station Credit LS 1 ($1,110.00) ($1,110.00)
During this project, the East Renton Lift Station was taken off line. The
contractor had already purchased hardware and begun prepwork to
upgrade the site when the City abandoned the station. The City is
being credited for work not performed pertaining to that site and the
parts delivered to the City as spares.
