Associated quantities are adjusted. Refer to the attached revised Drawings Nos. 9, 10, 14, 15 and 18 for the proposed changes (revised 9/13/12). Contract Change: Add additional removal and replacement of cement concrete pavement. Core drill existing 54 -inch diameter concrete pipe and install 8 -inch Inserta Tee Connections (Model #8Z954CC) and 8 -inch ductile iron pipe. Replace catch basin type ll, 48 in. diam. structures with catch basin type I structures. Modify Drawings Nos. 9 and 10 (Site Preparation and TESC Plan), 14 and 15 (Roadway Plan) and 18 (Roadway Profile) as shown (revised 9/13/12). Add the following quantities to bid item Dian quantities in the schedule of Drices.
