Reason /Justification: This change adding 10 working days is based on double the estimated effort necessary for utility potholing.
With overhead accounted for in force account markups this is a no cost time only contract change.
Contract Change: Ten working days are awarded with this change as requested by an October 3, 2012 letter from ICON Materials.
