Letter from R. L.Alia Company dated October 4, 2013; RE Added Costs—Fill Drain Pipe with CDF for
$2,585.54.
Discussion:See City RFP no. 1 for CDF. It was agreed in the field that this work would be paid for by force
account. Unknown storm drains were found in the site. CDF was placed in abandoned storm drain site
per City Stormwater comments on the plans.
Action: No exception taken.
FA6:Trash Pump Repair
Letter from R. L. Alia Company dated October 4, 2013; RE Added Costs—Trash Pump Rapiar for$243.54.
Discussion:Trash pump at the 760 site was broken and contractor repaired it. It was agreed in the field
that the repair would be paid for by force account.
Action: No Exception Taken
FA3:Oil Control Tee, per Directive No. 3
Letter from R. L.Alia Company dated October 4, 2013; RE Added Costs—Separator Tee for$4,184.41.
Discussion: Contractor installed oil control tee per directive no. 3 and paid for by force account.
Installation was in response to the section review that was conducted by City to the lack of an oil water
tee not identified by stormwater during first review.
Action: No exception taken.
FA8:Additional Asphalt Repair
Letter from R. L.Alia Company dated Octoberll, 2013; RE Added Costs—Additional Asphalt Removed
for$4,184.41.
Discussion: Construction traffic damaged the apron. Contractor was given verbal directed to remove
asphalt by force account. Action: No exception taken.
