ANDY CHANG, director and officer of Grant Place Townhomes Association, hereby, on behalf
of said corporation resolves as follows:
1. I appoint Satwant Singh as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of Grant Place
Townhomes Association.
2. Andy Chang shall remain as the Director of Grant Place Townhomes Association.
3. By his signature below, Andy Chang makes clear that this resolution is solely for the
continuity of operations of said corporation. This resolution shall not be construed as a
disposition of any of the stock in Grant Place Townhomes Association.
4. Further, Andy Chang, as sole shareholder reserves the right at any time to modify or annul
this resolution

the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that he is authorized to execute said instrument and that the seal
affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
