SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Reason/Justification:After the project was awarded,the contractor was asked to do miscellaneous work on this
project that had no unit prices.This work was performed using force account.This work included:tree root removal
and brush clearing,removal of thick bus stop pad,and lowering the sod behind new sidewalks.
Contract Change:Add item for Miscellaneous Changes to Schedule A
Add new bid items to the schedule of prices(Schedule A).
