Reason/Justification: After the project was awarded,our Parks Department asked if Archer could remove and replace
a walkway into the North Hilands Neighborhood Center,
Contract Change:Add item for remove and replace walkway to Schedule A.
Add new bid items to the schedule of prices(Schedule B).
