SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Reason/Justification: After the project was awarded,it was discovered that there is no bid item in any of the
schedules for removal of roadway excavation.
Contract Change:Add item for roadway excavation to all schedules.
Add new bid items to the schedule of prices(Schedule B).
