This is the first amendment to this contract. The parties agree to the following amendments: Section 1.Scone of Service: The Contractor will provide all material and labor necessary to perform all work described in the Proposal which is included with this Agreement as Attachment"A". The irrigation operating system and irrigation control computer is specific to the Rainbird irrigation system utilized at the golf course. This is a standalone system and not included in the IT Department oversight. The GSP is a part of the system that will provide 24 hour technical support for the operating system software. The latest version of the software, which includes many added features (listed on the technical spec. sheet), will be sent once the service plan is renewed. The GSP system has been utilized for the past 7 years with great support and service from the Rainbird Company. The 2004 operating system on the existing computer is out of date and the irrigation operating system has had a couple of hard drive crashes in recent years. Fortunately they have been in the winter months, and with our GSP and support they were replaced very quickly at no cost. The new, GSP w/computer will have a dual hard drive and up to date software and operating system that will integrate with the recently installed Pump Station pumps.
