U80.The City has re�ived complainfs that more than four unrelated individuals are residing at the
Properiy.The City has obtained records whic��indicate that as many as eigM unrelated individuais ar�e
registeted as residing at the Property,in violation of tfie RMC. You have also indiqted in your
cammunicatia�s with the City tt�at six indiv�ivals are living in a�e of the houses on The Property.
You were issued a Wamir�g of Yolation as a resutt af these oondfions on the Properly on Sept�nber
8,2017,and you were ondered at that time to bring the property irrto compliance prior to September
15,2017,pursuant to RMC 1-3-2.C.1.As af Alovember 20,2017,no meaningfui ac�ion has been taken
to abate the violations,more than four individuals continue to live within a single family dwelling,and
ttie Property remains in viotation of the RMC.
Aoco�dingfy,the City is now issuing you tlus Notioe and Order and assessing a fine of 5250. You are
hereby ordered to both:(1)bring the Property into compliance such that no more than faur unrelatetl
