I am opposed to the idea of allowing construction noise to go on past 10pm.
My son and I live 2 blocks from the construction site and the noise will disrupt
our sleep. I am a teacher and my son is in high school. Sleep is very important
to our health, well being, and ability to be productive, as it is for everyone.
