AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
2022-2023 HUMAN SERVICES CONTRACT
# CAG-22-353 (CDBG-CV3)
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as August 1, 2023, is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and King County Sexual Assault
Resource Center (KCSARC) (“Agency”). The City and the Agency are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the “Parties.”
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Agency under Agreement CAG-22-353, dated
November 11, 2022 to provide rent assistance and advocacy services using Renton’s federal
Community Development Block Grant Round 3 (CDBG-CV3) funds (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to adjust the budget line items with no
change to total funding amount.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-22-353 is amended as follows:
