NARRATIVE
My friend and I were sitting in my car in the parking lot of Double Wired Espresso after a 7 mile run. We had just purchased
coffee. Suddenly, a silver Camry backed into the passenger rear door and drove away. We honked but she didn't stop. We
followed the car and took a picture of the license plate (picture attached). While we were following her, we watched her make
several driving violations (one of which was driving the wrong way on the 167 exit ramp).
