See also rb.gy/8keg0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: D-231: Code Interpretations Group A: Codifying three (3) code interpretations; one (1) clarifying which development standards to use for townhomes in the Residential Multi-Family zone, correcting an erroneously omitted code amendment to reduce the minimum required distance of residential structures from six feet (6’) to four feet (4’), and one (1) clarifying the applicability of criteria for permit waivers of street improvements. D-231 Code Interpretations Group B: Codifying four (4) code interpretations, two (2) regard compliance one (1) with Ecology rules for Shorelines and the other HB 1220. Also, amending the threshold for frontage improvements and deleting an item in the development regulations table. D-232 International Building Code Adoption: Adoption of the new 2021 version of State, National, Uniform and International Building Codes and optional Appendix T.
