GENERAL INFORMATION
On site for concrete placement inspections for the North and South Bridge abutments Stage III pour. The reinforcing steel
was previously inspected to conformance by MTE. Concrete batched with 100% hot water.
CONCRETE PLACEMENT
Terracon observed concrete placement as follows:

TESTS PERFORMED
The following field tests were performed: Slump (4.0”), Air Content (5.1%), Concrete Temp. (60F), Ambient Temp. (37°F).
Cast (4) 4x8” lab cure cylinders for compressive strength testing.
The results of observations for today were reported to American Construction Company.

Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the project
documents.
