GENERAL INFORMATION
At Rainier Welding in Anacortes, WA for ultrasonic and visual welding inspection in accordance with AWS D1.1
specifications. Inspected piece mark SA-2 per shop drawings. A total of (16) plates and splices were tested and
found acceptable. See attached Ultrasonic Examination Reports for details.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the
project documents.
