GENERAL INFORMATION
City of Renton requested Terracon be on site for the following services: Welding Observation. Structural steel is being
constructed by American Construction. The results of observations for today were reported to Aaron with American
Construction . The Terracon representative arrived on site at 1000 and departed at 1200.
The construction documents referenced for this observation include: The structural plans, Revision 1. Permit No.
C21005257.
WELDING OBSERVATION
Welding was performed prior to Terracon’s arrival. Welding procedures have been reviewed. Welder qualifications have
been reviewed.
