GENERAL INFORMATION
On site for structural steel and welding inspection.
Inspected welding of the North & South Abutment Elastomeric Bearing Pads for conformance with the plans and
specifications.
Visually inspected the fillet welds for the Elastomeric Bearing Pads; the back sides were not welded and the
overhead welds were not visually acceptable.
