The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Preliminary Short Plat approval, Street Modification, and Environmental (SEPA) Review located at 980 Hoquiam
Ave NE (APN 1023059060). Please see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at jding@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED, Planning
Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by March 3, 2023.

Any Comments: RSD can accommodate the above short plat development as required by law. The
above listed bus stop locations are current as of September 2023, but always subject to district
boundary changes if needed. Buyer should confirm bus stop information upon move -in.
