This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-21-268 with Alvaria, Inc.
This Amendment adds funds in the amount of $714.84 ($649.26 plus tax) for Quote # Q-
06569 for the annual maintenance of Alvaria CXP. This is an off-the-shelf purchase.
Renewal dates are 12/01/2023 -11/30/2024.
The CED department uses this software for scheduling EnerGov inspections over the IVR
phone system.
