RE: Transmittal of CAD Files
BY OPENING AND USING THESE FILES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
The contents of these electronic files are not to be used, in whole or in part, for any purpose or project other than
the project noted in the transmittal and/or drawing files, and are being transmitted only to the addressee’s listed in
the email or transmittal. These electronic files remain the property of TerraVista NW, and shall not be used
without written consent from TerraVista NW. If anyone uses these materials for any purpose or project, modifies
or converts the materials in any way, they shall assume all risks associated with such use, modification or
conversion and shall release, indemnify and hold TerraVista NW, LLC harmless from all claims, liabilities, and
costs, including but not limited to, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising out of or in connection
with any such use, modification, or conversion.
These are data files only, and are not a complete plan set or report. They are for information only, and are not to
be used for construction nor be considered as part of the Contract Construction Documents.
