You should note that I moved up there timeline. Home Depot only has a 3 year deferral and we wouldn’t be able to do our work until there work is complete so therefore they would need to be complete in time for us to do our work. Without either, KC Metro will not be able to construct their improvements. Attached are Metro’s latest construction plans and easement area needed to complete the improvements. This benefits Home Depot as it ensures a timely install of the improvements, and subsequent return of the cash surety (for the deferrals). The temp easement allows Metro and Metro’s contractor to step onto private property for the purposes of constructing the ROW improvements. The easement area is wider at the driveways because Metro will be replacing driveway curbs, adding ADA ramps, and paving the driveway (see attached). Easement area shall be restored to current condition or better.
