As it stands now, Kc Metro has submitted the 90% design for review. We still have not approved or issued them a construction permit. I’m not in the loop as to the conversations you are having with Chip. As I’ve been told: cash surety of the deferred improvements, 3 years of allowed deferral to be looked at each year. We will issue you the deferral permit and an approval letter (w/ conditions, if any) and request bonding from you, for the deferred improvements. Let me know if that make sense.
