Jonathan, I will need to dig a little deeper on emails – but the highlight below is part of the conversation that I at least understood there is
a waiver along Talbot within the ROW

Luis,
The entire frontage also includes Talbot at this point as a deferral has not formally been requested or approved. The waiver of the
improvements along Talbot only included improvements within the right-of-way, not the onsite landscaping improvements.

Understood. We will change the spec to call for stamped concrete instead then.
Noted.
I am also attaching the revised ROW planting plan for your review. We are showing the 10’ LS along the entire frontage. Please confirm
this is acceptable.

Thank you Luis,
Acid wash concrete was not an approved concrete treatment as outlined in the Hearing Examiner’s decision. His decision specified that
the walkways needed to be comprised of stamped concrete or pavers.
The revised site plan for the seasonal sales area screening is acceptable, pending approval of a landscape plan.
Thanks,

We are already specifying acid washed concrete per previous discussions. Furthermore, I have attached an exhibit showing the proposed
site plan revisions to provide screening to the Seasonal Sales Area. We have added an 8’ wide planter down the middle of a parking aisle
for trees to provide screening. The affected parking stalls would now be compact. Please confirm this is acceptable.

Jonathan,
I have received the revised civil site plan that shows the pedestrian crossings as discussed in the meeting with Chip yesterday. I have
added a note to the plans stating that “all pedestrian walkways, including the three pedestrian crossing areas proposed over the drive
aisle abutting the lumber canopy, main building entrance, and garden center entrance, and the paved apron abutting the chamfered
entrance to the garden center shall be delineated by stamped concrete or pavers”. Is this sufficient to add to the approved civil set that
was issued early, like we discussed this morning or do they need to provide a detail for the concrete?
