We discussed this originally with Chip and he at that time agreed to these items being included in the deferral. If there is a change, please let us know. There were prior conversations on Talbot and Home Depot vs. Metro responsibilities. At least my recoloration was Metro was going to do from the ROW out to the street and HD ROW in. The question has come back up with Jonathon team about the construction of this work. Can you confirm my understanding above and let me know if we need a follow up conversation on the issue.
