We approved an architectural design that did not include all the required glazing, modulations, and architectural detailing required within Urban Design District D. 2. The City carved our an exception within our Impact Fee Ordinance to allow Home Depot to pay 50% of their required Transportation Impact Fees. 3. An incomplete land use application was accepted to allow Home Depot to vest to the Impact Fee Ordinance. 4. A Building Permit was issued for Home Depot to begin interior work on their building prior to the issuance of land use permits. 5. We accommodated the applicant’s request to delay the public hearing while they reviewed the staff recommendation. 6. A request for reconsideration was submitted on the applicant’s behalf to correct the conditions adopted by the Hearing Examiner regarding parking and awning dimensions. 7. The Building Permit for exterior work was issued by the City with the condition that the mechanical equipment screening and garden center/rental center fencing be submitted at a later date, under separate permit applications. 8. An early Civil Permit was granted in order to allow Home Depot to do site and water work, before the complete review and approval of the full Civil Permit. 9. We have committed to deferred frontage improvements along Talbot Road for the development.
