I also attached the exhibit showing what work is to be deferred, and what work is currently under Construction. We need to double check the listed quantities against our Bond Qty Worksheet and the approved plans (C22003168) & KC Metro (See attached). The urgency is high on this one, since Dan informed me that on these larger deferral checks, it takes time to get HD to cut the check, so he needs an answer as soon as possible to keep the schedule for CO on track. Dan, The way the deferral works is you submit the application with the quantities and plans, and a justification narrative for us to review. We will issue you the deferral permit and an approval letter (w/ conditions, if any) and request bonding from you, for the deferred improvements. Let me know if that make sense.
