This email came in from Home Depot’s legal office in regard to appealing the deferral decision for
outlot 2.
Jon and I discussed the possibility of the appeal process delaying TCO for the entire project.
It would be great if we can discuss internally today.

I see your contact info on the Home Depot – Deferral Decision Outlot 2.
We will be submitting by the tomorrow deadline.
How would you like us to submit the appeal fee? The bottom of the letter says electronically filed
appeals will have fee paid at a later date.
Please let us know and we will promptly submit the fee, which we understand is $560. If that fee is
not accurate, please let me know.
