To address the following condition of approval, I had provided the comment below to Home Depot on Monday, May 1st:
“Areas proposed for outdoor storage shall be screened through a combination of fencing
and landscaping around the perimeter of the storage areas.”
The installed landscaping does not currently screen the outdoor retail sales area.

Dan,
The attached picture shows the landscaped area proposed to screen the outdoor retail sales area. As you can see, the
vegetation is not mature enough to currently provide screening. Home Depot will need to supplement with fencing until
the landscaping can mature. Can you send me a detail of a proposed fence (not chain link) that would provide screening
of this area?
