The foundation diameters are called out incorrectly. Have your structural refer to our std plans 117.1 and 117.2 2. The revised walkway is acceptable, but you will need to send me an updated landscape plan. 3. The Building Code requires you to meet ADA requirements on any alterations to the building. Chapter 11 – Accessibility. It also references the ICC. a. The entire accessible route must meet ADA requirements. Can you please confirm the attached submittals for the anchorage and rebar cages are acceptable? I have attached the associated structural calcs for your review. 2. We revised the exiting section of the center sidewalk pathway to be more accessible. Please confirm this is acceptable (see attached). 3. The existing crosswalk of the center driveway was found to have ADA slope issues; will we be required to improve the crosswalk despite it being outside of the scope?
