SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Clip Training
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an off-the-shelf agreement packet with TLG Learning. This
packet authorizes payment of Quote # Q08584.0, in the amount of $8,257.50 ($7,500.00
plus tax) for the annual renewal of Clip Training. Renewal dates are 10/01/23 –
09/30/24.
Clip Training is an eLearning platform housing thousands of training videos that cover all
aspects of Microsoft 365 tools. It is used city-wide as a training resource for staff.
We are submitting this packet to the City Clerk’s office for assignment of a CAG number
for tracking purposes.
