All projects are weather permitting and unless otherwise noted, streets will always remain open. AUDIENCE COMMENTS • John Lange, Renton, spoke about a new housing development near 164th Ave SE and SE 134th St, stating that it has created a road hazard with steep slopes, no base support, and a drop-off of at least twelve feet without guard rails. He urged Council to insist that the developer install proper retaining walls, guard rails, and planting of trees and other vegetation to ensure a landslide does not occur during the upcoming winter season. • Marcus Olson, Renton, stated that the Renton Police Foundation is being resurrected and the foundation has voted to allow the police guild to accept donations through point-of-sale devices at local businesses. He also requested help in rezoning a parcel he is seeking to use as a food truck pop-up site. • Jim Reharst, Renton, spoke in support of Mr. Olson's requests.
