This Memo has been prepared to address the height concerns outlined within your
Preapplication Meeting Notes dated November 8, 2018. This Memo outlines the maximum
height of 70’ (Mixed use) within the CA zone and 150’ within the CD zone unless a conditional
use is applied for. The notes also discuss the 152’ maximum height on the western portion of
the property and 172’ on the eastern portion of the property per the Municipal Airport
Building Height Restrictions Map.
