Annual Renewal of Social Media Archiving
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-18-260 with
lntradyn. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote# 00007705, in the amount of
$9,993.23 ($9,076.50 plus tax), for the annual renewal and support subscription for
social media archiving. Renewal dates are 10/17 /23 -10/17 /24.
