Annual Renewal of WIN-911
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an Agreement packet with WIN-911/SmartSights. This
packet authorizes payment of Invoice# 2382320116, in the amount of $2,400.00, for
the annual renewal of WIN-911. Renewal dates are 12/01/2023 -12/01/2024.
While this has been an ongoing annual renewal, we are now submitting a packet to the
Clerk's office for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.

There are two renewal options available; a standard one-year renewal and a three-year option that locks in your price and reduces annual
processing effort. Ensure your access to upgrades and live technical support and avoid annual price increases by selecting the three-year
option. Additionally, beginning August 2023 a Premium customer care plan will be required for WIN-911 / Mobile smartphone app users. A
Premium Care plan is $1200 annually.
