appƌoǀed Shoƌt Plat. IŶ additioŶ, fiŶal ƌeǀieǁ is used to ǀeƌifLJ ĐoŵpliaŶĐe ǁith aŶLJ ƌeƋuiƌed ĐoŶditioŶs.
OPTIONAL PRE-APPLICATION MEETING

DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
If ƌight-of-ǁaLJ dediĐatioŶ is ƌeƋuiƌed foƌ the Shoƌt Plat, a sepaƌate deed of dediĐatioŶ doĐuŵeŶt foƌ CitLJ appƌoǀal is
ƌeƋuiƌed. The assoĐiated deed of ƌight-of-ǁaLJ dediĐatioŶ ŵust ďe suďŵitted aloŶg ǁith the fiŶal shoƌt plat appliĐatioŶ
aŶd shall ďe ƌeǀieǁed, appƌoǀed, aŶd ƌeĐoƌded ĐoŶĐuƌƌeŶtlLJ ǁith the fiŶal shoƌt plat. A ƌefeƌeŶĐe to the sepaƌate deed
of dediĐatioŶ shall ďe pƌoǀided oŶ the fiŶal shoƌt plat ŵap.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
