This fencing is approaching the end of its useful life and we would like to replace this fence with a 6 foot black metal fencing as shown below. There is ongoing security issues and police activity due to the Eastlink trail and the access trail to the lake between the VMAC and Misty Cove. We have had vehicle thefts, drug use, and car break-ins. The 50 homeowners in Misty Cove have concerns with personal safety as recently there was a shooting in the property on our northern border. Along the southern border, and the proposed fence replacement, there is a 10’ buffer zone which is isolated and has, many times, been the access point for illegal activity by simply breaking the slats in the current fence to gain access to our property. The proposed replacement fence is approximately 454 feet long and runs along the southern border of our property. There is no landscaping that will be affected – there Is rocks on the southside and a parking lot on the northside of the proposed replacement fence. Proposed fencing material is a black metal fencing as like the drawing below: Olsons Outdoor Improvements LLC. 1133 E Market St Aberdeen, WA 98520 US (206)605-8839 olsonsoutdoorimprovements@gmail.com ADDRESS Steven Jansen 5021 Ripley Lane N ESTIMATE #9568 DATE 03/06/2023 EXPIRATION DATE 03/06/2023 ACTIVITY QTY RATE AMOUNT 1 0.00 0.00 381 10.00 3,810.00T 381 42.00 20,002.00T Administrative Fee Materials acquisition and handling.
