Software Maintenance Renewal for LEFTA Systems
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-21-226 with
International Business Information Technologies. This Amendment authorizes payment
of invoice# INV-002370, in the amount of $1,030.00 for the annual maintenance
renewal of an add-on license for LEFTA Systems. We have asked that they combine this
invoice with our standard annual renewal beginning next year.
The Police Department uses this software as a personnel and training system.
Renewal dates are 11/01/23 -10/31/24.
