Annual Software Renewal of GrayKey
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an Agreement packet with Magnet Forensics (formerly
GrayShift). This packet authorizes payment of Quote# Q-321883-1, in the amount of
$12,105.50, for the annual renewal of Graykey.
Graykey is a mobile device forensics data system. It is used by the Police Department to
extract information from cell phones during investigations.
While this has been an ongoing renewal, we are now submitting it to the Clerk's office
for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
