SmartSheet Project Management Software
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is a contract packet for SmartSheet software. This software is
used by the Application Support team as a project management and task tracking tool.
While this has been an ongoing subscription, we are now submitting this packet to the
City Clerk's Office for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
This software is currently paid automatically via credit card at a rate of $29.73 per
month. US Bank will be listed as the vendor in Eden so that these credit card
transactions can be tied to the CAG number. We will add funds, in the amount of
$400.00, to cover one year of subscription fees.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
