It came to my attention that I incorrectly listed the maintenance period end date in the email below. The date had listed this year instead of 2 years from now.
The maintenance period will end on 10/31/2025.

All construction work associated with the Carnoustie Court project has been completed and the City has signed off on the Construction Portion of the Civil Construction Permit today.
Please note that with the sign off of this permit, your 2-year Maintenance Period begins today with your maintenance period ending on 10/31/2023.
