Request for CAG Number for Crash Data Group
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an Agreement packet with Crash Data Group for our CDR
Software Subscription. The Police Department uses the Crash Data Retrieval tool to
recover crash data from Event Data Recorders inside the Airbag Control Modules in
cars. Our current subscription expires on 4/14/2024.
Because this subscription is paid via credit card, the vendor will be listed as US Bank
OneCard in Eden.
While this has been an ongoing annual renewal, we are now submitting this packet to
the City Clerk's office for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
