Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 5 to CAG-18-260 with
lntradyn. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote# 00007761, in the amount of
$55,886.77 ($50,760.00 plus tax), for the annual renewal and support subscription for
text message archiving. Renewal dates are 12/04/23-12/03/24.
