SUBJECT: Request for CAG Number: SolarWinds Annual Renewal
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an agreement packet with SolarWinds. SolarWinds Serv-U
product is an SFTP solution that allows files to be shared securely. It is primarily used by
the Police Department, Finance, and Courts.
While this has been an ongoing annual renewal, we are now submitting it to the City
Clerk's office for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
Because this renewal is paid via credit card transaction, the vendor will be listed as US
Bank OneCard in Eden.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
