Nestled at 233 Burnett Avenue South, this historic 14,770-square-foot structure serves as a cornerstone of downtown Renton. We seek qualified consultants to collaborate on crafting pivotal Lease and Operating Agreement documents, integral to defining terms and operational guidelines for the Pavilion's redevelopment and ongoing management. These documents are vital to realizing our vision of a vibrant community hub and require expertise and dedication. In alignment with Renton's Downtown Core Vision Plan, approved in 2018, our objective is to create a bustling Renton Public Market and Food Hall. This city-owned venue will be leased to a Master Tenant, fostering a dynamic environment with specialty shops, local artisans, and regional food vendors. Our inspiration draws from renowned markets like Seattle's Pike Place Market and others, yet Renton's will stand distinct as a municipally owned facility. Submit your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by January 8th, 2024, via email to jminisci@rentonwa.gov. For inquiries, reach out to Jeffrey Minisci, Facilities Director Coordinator, at the mentioned email address. SOQ Deadline: January 8th, 2024 SOQ Review and Interviews (if required): January 22nd, 2024 Professional Services Agreement Execution: February 2024 This solicitation does not obligate the City to award a Contract to any respondent. At its option, the City reserves the right to waive as informality any irregularities in the SOQs and/or to reject any or all submittals. Join us in reshaping Renton's landscape and creating a vibrant community centerpiece. Your expertise is pivotal in realizing our vision. Download the complete RFQ and submit your SOQ to be part of this transformative journey!
