Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 3:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. Your
first official meeting will be heid January 15, 2013, in the Council Conference Room
located on the seventh floor of City Hall. We primarily use email to send the meeting
materials to members one week in advance of each meeting.
