Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 3:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. Your
first official meeting wiif be held January 15, 2013, in the Councii Conference Room
iocated on the seventh floor of City Hall. We primarily use email and send the meeting
materials to members one week in advance of each meeting.
