8/uebeam License Conversion
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-20-496 with CADD Microsystems,
Inc. This is a zero-dollar Amendment to document the conversion of our current
licensing from Revu v20 Standard to Revu v21, and to note upcoming cost increases
due to a change in Bluebeam's licensing model.
License conversion costs: Since we already pay yearly maintenance, there is no cost to
upgrade our licenses. The cost will come when we add additional licenses, and then in
July 2024 when we renew.
New Licenses: To add licenses above the 84 we currently have, we will need to pay a
prorated portion of the yearly license cost ($300). They prorate per month.
Yearly license costs: These fall into 2 categories.
1.) Converted licenses� We have 84 licenses that will be 'grandfathered in' at a
maintenance rate that will increase 10% per year until they reach the going rate for a
new license. The estimation is approximately $65.00 per license in 2024, increasing to
around $72 in 2025, etc.
2.) New Licenses: Any license we acquire beyond the 84 we convert will renew at the
going rate, which is currently $300.00 per year.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.

When converting an existing Bluebeam license to subscription,
"Subscription Conversion" as defined by Bluebeam means exchanging
a Seat of Revu 20 or earlier Revu version previously purchased with a
perpetual license and which is supported by a current Maintenance
Subscription for a Seat of a Revu Subscription Package sold as an
annual subscription. It is agreed new users will not be assigned to a
Revu 20 license that has been processed as a Subscription Conversion.
